II study economics at the University of Arkansas. Where I constantly work hard to better myself in both my educational and social fields.  The best way I have found to do that is to put myself in new situations.  In the past I have bettered myself by being a teachers aid in a college class, running my own swim lesson business, and taking leadership roles in various groups and clubs.

This semester I am studying abroad in Sorrento, Italy.  This is my first experience out of the comfort of the U.S and I am excited to see how I grow from being surrounded and immersed in a different culture.

During this semester in Italy I have the opportunity to work with local real estate company called "Feeling Italy."  Feeling Italy works with home owners to rent out their villas to tourists in the Sorrento Region.  I chose to do an internship in Sorrento because I knew that it would push me deeper into the local culture because I would be working first hand with locals.  I am excited to see the differences in the way business is conducted in Italy compared to the U.S.
